THEIR BUSINESS CHALLENGE:
Our client is a government agency that consolidated multiple office locations across the city into a single new Sydney CBD building, bringing together staff from several sites into one modern workplace.
The move required a greenfield deployment of networking, audiovisual and physical security infrastructure, supported by a modern cloud-managed platform for corporate users, meeting-room technology and controlled entry in a shared CBD building with a new floor plan.
Meeting the aggressive fit-out timeline required close coordination with the building landlord and client, a disciplined approach across networking, wireless, audio visual and security workstreams, and a design that could be validated and adjusted on site as the workplace took shape.
RESPIRO'S APPROACH:
Respiro was engaged to design and procure the network equipment needed to support corporate users in the new workplace.
We designed and deployed a cloud-managed physical and wireless network, giving the agency centralised visibility and management across the office.
An active wireless site survey was conducted to confirm coverage across all working areas before staff moved in.
We assisted the agency to procure and install new monitors across three floors, creating a consistent, modern workstation setup for staff.
We also designed and deployed audio visual meeting rooms with room-booking solutions, giving staff reliable meeting technology and visibility across the floors.
To support secure access, we organised the physical pass system for controlled entry across the tenanted areas.
Respiro also developed training materials for key client staff in the property group, enabling them to support the environment after handover.
