It's network supports frontline operations, dispatch and communications across hundreds of metropolitan, regional and remote locations, making resilience and scalability mission-critical.
The organisation's existing wide area network was built on ageing and inflexible technology. It was costly to operate, slow to scale and increasingly unable to support the reliability, capacity and control needed across metropolitan and regional sites.
Modernising the network at this scale required significant investment, and the organisation needed a clear, well-evidenced network strategy and business case to secure the funding and executive support necessary to proceed.

We developed the network strategy, defining a target state architecture built around SD-WAN to deliver more resilient, flexible and centrally managed connectivity across the organisation's entire site footprint.
The business case was approved, securing a substantial multi-year funding commitment and standing as one of the organisation's largest ever network investment programs.
We authored the business case for the full network strategy implementation, building the technical and financial evidence needed to secure executive and government support.
